Two concerts presented by the Hub City’s own orchestra yielded the offerings on this edition of the program. Charismatic conductor Sarah Ioannides leads a program of serenades from the Chapman Cultural Center, including Britten’s work for tenor, horn and strings, as well as a Tchaikovsky masterpiece. Then from another concert the orchestra welcomes the Spartanburg Festival Chorus and soloists for Mozart’s immortal Requiem.
