A group of world-class soloists from the largest performing arts complex in the world visits the Queen City for an October 2012 performance presented by Charlotte Concerts. The versatile ensemble plays a program of chamber classics ranging from Brahms to Max Bruch and the 20th century composer Ernst von Dohnányi. Not to be outdone, the musicians of the Carolina Summer Music Festival presented a program titled A Musical Feast in August of 2012 that featured Martinů’s whimsical suite.
