Two concerts from the rich Charlotte, NC scene comprise this edition of the program. The siblings of The Five Browns brought their talents and their pianos to the Batte Center at Wingate University for a mostly-Russian program during the first-ever Ulysses Festival of the Arts in Charlotte in March of 2012. A month later Charlotte Concerts capped off another season at the Halton Theater with the ever-popular and populist Canadian Brass playing everything from Baroque to Blues.
